More Fast 50 Under Fifty

Last October we used the IT-Harvest Dashboard to highlight the 50 fastest growing cybersecurity vendors between 20 and 49 people. In January we recast the analysis for publication in Security Yearbook 2025. (Get a signed copy by finding me in Black Kite’s booth at Black Hat, August 7, at 11 AM.)

I thought it would be interesting to check in on the data before my first half roundup webinar on July 23 (register for free here).

If I search on vendors with between 20 and 49 people and positive growth this year there are 459 results.

Here are the current fastest growing companies under 50. This is a much more volitile list than the Cyber 150 because percentage gains are easier with small numbers.

Only eleven of these were in the Fast 50 Under 50 published in Security Yearbook: Aurascape, Prophet, Noma, Triam, Frenos, XBOW, GetReal Labs, Clutch, Root, and Andromeda. All of these have kept up the pace and are on the way to graduating to the Cyber 150.

Many from last year have already surpassed 50 people. Look at Sweet Security’s growth curve.

With 70 people and growing 36% in six months Sweet will easily be a candidate for the Cyber 150.
